Since I started taking part of #Web3 communities my professional growth has been incredible, there is space for each and every one of us to learn, but also to teach what we know, I saw information about the ETHGlobal hackathon in Bogotá and when I opened the application form.... WOW, they were asking for more roles that were not only technical, so I filled it out and after a couple of days they responded with my approval, then I saw on Twitter that Blu3DaoLatam was giving scholarships to women, non binaries and allies to go with expenses paid and I thought why would they choose me? There must be thousands of other people applying, but I filled it out anyway, with the best vibe and double WOWWOW! I was accepted into the program!
They will pay for my accommodation + ticket to the Devcon + some meals + a part of the plane ticket + some rewards for uploading content to the social media and participating in the hackathon with Blu3Dao teams.
Now I'm super nervous because I don't know how they are or how to work in a hackathon, what are all the tools I should master? Considering that my role is focused on Product Manager, Business Analyst, what are the deliverables we should have?
For now we are training with some online trainings that are being given by different communities such as Blu3Dao, ETHGlobal, H.E.R. DAO, Paydece, Welook, CashCow Protocol, NFTforWorld, AcademiaQA.
